Manas Injection Moulding has been offering premier injection moulding services from their factory in Devon since 2006. Our knowledgeable team has over 80 years of experience in the injection moulding industry, including extensive experience with two-shot and three-shot mouldings and complex product design and manufacturing. Our aim is to offer a professional, quality service to all of our customers, and keep them involved throughout the production process from the design through to manufacture of the end product.
With our four Haitian Mars machines and three Arburg machines we are able to manufacture a wide range of products, including small batch runs for components up to high-grade medical, electronics, construction and sanitary products. We can manufacture products from general commodity plastics right up to high-grade engineering polymers as well as other materials such as TPE's and metal replacement materials.

Manas Injection Moulding launched the Tuff Tagg, which is a high quality, durable and versatile tag that can be used in a variety of different applications, including traffic light quality management systems.
Ideal for the manufacturing and industrial sectors, Tuff Taggs can be supplied in a variety of colours including the traditional traffic light system of red, amber and green, as well as hi-vis colours. Tuff Taggs are also ideal for labelling beer kegs.
